Sometimes I wish this game came out exactly how this fanbase expects it to, these people deserve a shitty game.

I said it earlier today but the system sounds fundamentally the same to me as what we have in MCC in that BP progression is tied to challenges, so where have these Halo fans been for the past couple of years lol.
It’s like of all the things to be genuinely concerned about Halo Infinite, the multiplayer honestly is not one of them.
Yeah I understand to an extent. I’m a huge fan of Halo 1-3, but the Halo 1-3 fanbase that is largely made up of r/Halo, washed MLG Halo Twitter, and Halo Youtubers hanging onto their youth by a thread who are vocally against basically any decision 343 makes, makes me not want to associate with any of these people. Its okay to be disappointed by a choice, but these people just crumple into a ball and throw a tantrum anytime anything is done that isn’t just a reskin of Halo 3.

Everything is the end of the world to them, they’ll get a F2P multiplayer with an extremely fun gameplay, they played it FFS, these people deserve a bad game at launch, sadly they’ll get a great one.

Exactly. Last week was totally justified because the news did sting. But this is not at all worth the outrage it is getting atm, constructive suggestions yes is always welcome but the way some are reacting you would think the game is doomed and this is the worst thing since slice bread lol.

I think most people just want this game to be great and they care a lot about Halo. That’s a good thing. Some people get emotional about stuff their care about. Of course there are also people just trolling and dooming everything Halo because they are playstation fanboys, but you always have those.
