Halo Infinite Tech Preview July 29th- Aug 1st

With the bots, I think they didn’t want to go too hard at first, and wanted to see how people in general fought them. They will certainly adjust the difficulty based on feedbacks and maybe they will make the bots learn from all the datas they collected. After all, this is the point of a tech preview.

I hope pvp is coming soon. I can’t play tomorrow morning

If they are doing it I hope they announce a time soon. I just want to know if I should stay up or go to bed.

120 on a controller as well, I think it causes the reticle to become even smaller but my accurately is about the same.

I’ve stuck with 120. Increased the opaqueness and thickness of the reticle.

Higher FOV makes everything on your screen smaller and further away. So shooting enemies from mid-long range should be harder.

I sit pretty damn close to my 28” monitor so I think I’ll be ok.

Omg yes, here we go!!!

This is so different, haha. Love it

2 matches won already baby

1 won, 1 lost. Losing a match has different music, really cool

I can’t believe after today we can’t play this till next flight

I’m not speaking to the visual of effects of the rocket launcher but rather the physics of it. And come to think of it we’re seeing the same sort of simplified physics for the grenades. For me it’s more about how they will affect vehicles apart from damage. They need to destabilize them.

Yeah I wish there was another path that went through Bazaar, like a narrow non-straight path through the shops in the middle. The reason why I was thinking 6v6 and 8v8 would work is because there’s a lot of unutilized map in it. Everyone is drawn towards the middle that’s wide open. The outer ring doesn’t have a lot of action. The BR/Commando are conveniently placed by the big open area, so you don’t need to go anywhere else, really.

Also we got to keep in mind that it sounds like we’re playing it for a different reasons, I’m sure the competitive gamers like things a bit more predictable and tactical whereas someone like myself who plays 8v8 LAN with friends often does it for laughs and zany action. King of the Hill in Bazaar with a lot of it’s closed rooms with only 2 entrances will be nuts with 16 players.

“Keep this flighting going through release or we RIOT” on change.org let’s go :phil_lmao:

Having a blast versus real players. It’s fun to dominate real people lol.

One things for sure. The ar is too powerful from range.

Ah quitting when you are losing the first minute into the game. Classic. How would you ever get better if you don’t stick it out.

It will get nerfed. It’s more powerful than the br from mid range. It’s inevitable.

A bit of a shame for me, it is always too weak.
