Am i misremembering or has Visions of Mana been part of GP before? I only ever played the demo, maybe it’s that what I’m thinking of and it was never in the service .
Either way a very nice addition.
That’s the latest title. Only the older ones are on Game Pass.
You might be remembering when the older Mana titles got ported to Xbox and some brought to GP. They made a huge deal about Mana coming to Xbox as an old JRPG franchise. And they showed off Visions of Mana, the latest game, coming to the platform day one. It was at the dev direct as the +1 game however long ago if I remember correctly. So they’ve been talking about it on Xbox, but this is the first GP release for Vision specifically.
The Hades drop is significant because that’d only be done to hype up Hades 2. The PS5 and Xbox releases might not be as far out as last time. At the very least there’s a good chance 2 is a day one GP drop again when it comes to Xbox and it’ll definitely have XPA. Though I’d love if they also added the cross save with Steam and Switch.
Anyway, Visions is dangerous for me. I was curious about it and very nearly bought it in the last round or sales. Now I can try it though GP and then decide if it’s worth buying for me.
I bet we are getting a bunch of shadowdrop games on gamepass next week on thursday. It makes sense given vision of mana is appearing on game pass that same day.
I would not be shocked at all. Am willing Dave the Diver on xbox into existence alongside Yokai Watch franchise, some star ocean games, Sakura Wars and Live A Life Remake.
Peppa Pig! Peppa Pig! Peppa Pig!
Still waiting on the review of this one, @Doncabesa …
