Help. I cannot remember the PW for initializing new Xbo with old gamertag. I have tried everything I know, can I get it off the old machine, Xbox one?

Tried that, they said i could not provide enough info to verify. They may want blood sample. Any other ideas?

Can you power up the old console and get to the dashboard with the old gamer tag? You might be able to initiate a password change through that, but Iā€™m not sure. That link was the most in-depth collection of your actual options.
