Been looking forward to checking Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader out.
Just a reminder for those who cares : WH40K Rogue Trader is made by a studio with pro-war / pro-putin views. At least one of the heads of the russian studio is a documented pro-war in Ukraine.
I guess now it doesn’t matter as it is in GP. I played a few hours myself when it was a Free play days, just to see if I would have liked it and yeah it’s great, but I decided not to play more of it as it doesn’t seat well with my world view, especially right now.
So make it what you want. As I said it’s in GP, so there’s no harm done. Just keep in mind the studio’s origin and stance on the matter.
From what devs have talked about, Game Pass deals often include performance based payments. So best not to install/play if there’s an issue like this that you care about.
Admittedly the value of 1 install or 30 mins of one player’s playtime or whatever is probably effectively 0, so not trying to make anyone feel bad
