So apparently cars you obtain via certain ways like barn find and I guess super 7 too cannot be gifted. But neither can they be sold. So I now have to exact same Jaguars. I don’t really get what’s the point of that, let me sell it for a nice price.

Even with the help of Game Pass, if you told me that Forza Horizon would be played more than a mainline CoD back in 2012 I would have laughed in your face.

Even if the game didn’t grab me completely at launch, it sure did now. I’m hooked af to this, it has me in its grasp and isn’t letting go. Started playing early evening and it’s now 1 AM. It’s been a long time that a racer, let alone any game had me this hooked. Don’t think any FH before has done this.
The map is so damn good too and the variety in things to do… superb. Sometimes you’re just in the mood for some slow driving through the world, or just some races with slower cars, tired of that? Go for some street racing with supercars or go on adventure, or smash stuff in the world. I just gifted a car and received a thank you message in-game and kudos.
So damn good! Should absolutely be a GOTY contender. In the case it’s not even a contender…then fuck the awards. It’s really that simple.

I cannot believe there were people who were disappointed when Mexico was announced as the place, as you say the map is fantastic.

Exactly! Lovely variety of nature like forests, jungles with rivers and waterfalls, the beach with those beautiful rocks, the suburbs, the countryside. So much to do and the feeling of not having to be afraid that you’ll finish this too soon…love it.
And like @Mort last week mentioned, PG really nailed the handling of the cars, not that it was bad in 4 but the weight is definitely noticeable and it’s for the better.

It’s the best FH5 map so far. No idea how Playground Games are going to top it with FH6.
If they finally do Japan, can’t even begin to imagine how that could look.

You know, when you do some of the stories mission, they talk about the other horizon festival, Australia and UK, wonder if the next FH you could travel to these other countries.
but again, if they do that the game would be like 500gb haha.
That adventure with the parade is just so fucking cool! Did not see that coming.

The game just keeps getting better for me, unreal. Playing through the festival playlist for the season is really fun having me do some things that I maybe wouldn’t have done in Forza Horizon 4. I just love collecting the cars and driving around doing cool stuff.

I think you can still put it in the auction house and try to get a good deal there.
I would not never call FH4 bad but after FH5 the map in the older game seems just tiny.
Some vistas in Mexico are just incredible.

Tried that but the Jaguar brand wasn’t even showing in my list of cars, ah well.
What is generally a good way to earn some good credits? I do a lot of races but I don’t earn too much.
Imagine the graphics for Fable, I hope they go for a Witcher 3 style of graphics because god Playground would pull it off so well.
