I hope FM24 stays on game pass & they provide a database update for this season whilst they are working towards FM26.
I’d call the next game FM season 25/26 like they did back when it was championship manager & then they can start back using 1 year with FM27

The last paragraph should let you forgive them.
We could have pressed on, released FM25 in its current state, and fixed things down the line - but that’s not the right thing to do.

Sucks, but probably for the best.

I believe they stated that they’re working with partners to extend FM24 on subscription services, so hopefully it will happen for those who want it.
I’ve moved on and actually welcome this development, as the game sucks up too much time and I’ve got a backlog to attend to!

Me & my mates were hooked on it growing up the first one I played was when it was championship manager 96/97 well before its split with eidos. It was a simpler game back then but as a 10 year old, we couldn’t get enough of it for a good 10 years I’d sink hours into the games playing so many seasons and hours the young players that were young when I started were retiring.
Great times
