There’s also a Deluxe Edition with the soundtrack at 59.99$.

Funny how the price is the same as Galaxy games in which mind you are old games without any remastering technique, let alone remake.

Anyway, great. I can wait. I guess a montage at Xbox TGS show is good enough.

Cool XPA and you get the OG Final Fantasy for both Xbox and Windows if you buy it before January 31st. I already own integrade on Steam though and VII on Xbox consoles (not PC tho). I’m thinking I’ll wait for a sale. Part of me wants to be a mad lad and wait for the full trilogy and then play them back to back.

Yeah, you’re right. I realize that just because the trilogy is coming doesn’t mean Sony can’t have a pesky annoying deal in place.

I would be very surprised if Part 3 isn’t fully multi-platform day one. It looks like the exclusivity for FF is basically dead.

I’m still baffled by FF7. I liked it but I never, for one moment, thought ‘you know what I need? Padding the shit out of these paper-thin characters and more filler in a game already bloody long.’

Always struck me as nostalgia soft-soap for a particular generation. No harm in it, but equally… yawn.

Seems good. I do wish Squenix would support cloud streaming and cross save for more of their FF games. At least it looks like stuff will be Play Anywhere going forward.
