Developer CAPCOM has announced, perhaps a bit too early via Steam, that their upcoming action role-playing game ‘Dragon’s Dogma II’ will be coming to Xbox consoles on the 21st of March, 2024. This comes alongside more details about the long-awaited sequel to the beloved original and it’s expansion ‘Dark Arisen’ well over a decade ago. A Dragon’s Dogma II showcase is slated for today at 1PM and the post will be updated once it airs.
Check out the screenshots and Tweet below for more details. You can grab the original Dragon’s Dogma game, ported to Xbox One consoles, on the Xbox Store by going over here.
I absolutely love the first game! Very excited for this one! March gives me time to get my rewards points up to grab $100 credit. This will be my first pre-order in YEARS! Hell, first time I’ve paid full price in years, too!
Today is the showcase, should be fun. I didn’t give the first game a real chance because it was just so goddamned ugly in the outdoor locations. The combat was really good though. Didn’t the first game also have co-op? This is really the kind of game I’d play in co-op but the sequel won’t have it.
Yesterday I watched the live streaming. Every video I see about it, I am getting more and more excited to play this game. I am thinking about trying the first one, but the old graphic is taking me a bit out of it.
