Yeah, once again the different in sizes lies on first party games.
- Sea of Thieves → from 46.61 GB to 17 GB (-29.61 GB)
- Gears 5 → from 72.43 GB to 55.1 GB (-17.33 GB)
- Forza Horizon 4 → from 82.58 GB to 72.1 GB (-10.48 GB)
- Ori and the Will of the Wisps → from 6.4 GB to 5.7 GB (-0.7 GB)
A 58.12 GB difference across four games!
Hopefully third party developers start doing the same 
Edit: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is 45.4 GB on Series X and 38.85 GB on Series S!
