Corrosion is a 2v2 asymmetrical map conceived for the Dueltacular Forge Contest. The concept brings us to an abandoned industrial building near the city of Voi on Earth. With its operations stopped years ago, the place seems haunted by the memento of the crisis lived during the Battle of Earth.
The design was thought to embrace Halo Infinite’s fast paced mobility and to push the potential of Forge to create immersive scenarios. Despite the asymmetrical design of the layout, the L shaped catwalk and system of tunnels that connects the main areas of conflict give place to a seamless, almost symmetrical dynamic that challenges players to keep the pace with the enemies.
