Not yet, as for the issue. It’s been a slow roll out, with Samsung getting the first deal and wave of support. With LG only just recently announced, anything else will be for a while.
But since you mentioned Google, check the store for the android Xbox app? Or even if you’re tv has a browser, go to the Xbox cloud gaming site and try that.
