AoT Episode was A+. Really liked the details/ways they drew faces in some of the scenes. Also if anyone is confused about how some things worked, heres a really good explanation i found on reddit.

I glanced at a good part of it when they were taking forever with S4, so I have some ideas of what’s going to happen but I still want to see the action playout.

That Death Note animator they brought specifically for this episode popped off in that Grisha crying in the forest scene.

As a fairly long time reader of the manga, I totally forgot some of the stuff revealed in this latest AoT episode

Eren is not your friend, simps. Haha

Has more to with time actually. Mappa had about 8 month for season 4 part 1 at 16 episodes which is why they choose cgi for heavy animation scenes. For the second half they got more time overall with less episodes.

Plus Wit is essentially dead. So what’s the point wishing for them?

We’re lucky Mappa was able to come in and save the show

WIT is arguably at it’s peak right now with it’s output.

What are they doing?

Vinland Saga, Spy X Family, Vivy & Ranking of Kings.

Oh…woops. Had no idea they were still so sctive

Thought they needed rescuing after something happened to their studio. Maybe it was just with AoT for some reason

They had to give up on AOT because they didn’t get to have any sort of profits unfortunately. They were overworked as it is since they were a small studio.

Worked out for the best, Mappa has the man power, well atleast the stomach to overwork their workers while WIT can go back to churning out passion projects. Mappa has been doing a fantastic job with AOT so it all worked out imo.

Watch Ranking of kings. It has top tier character acting and animation every single episode . WIT is actually better than ever right now . AOT was sucking them dry as they used to get no profits from the show.
