I absolutely loved this game. Great looking art style, fun “Choose Your Own Adventure” story/gameplay, entertaining characters. Very glad that I made a point to go through this one before it left Game Pass.

An absolute masterpiece of a game. Over 200 hours and I encountered very few bugs (though I did have to speed-run Ryujin in New Game+ because the achievement for the last quest was unobtainable to me because David wasn’t in SSNN like he was supposed to be). The story was outstanding (parts were predictable, but parts completely caught me by surprise, especially in the main faction quests), the gameplay was great, the exploration was always fun. This is a game that absolutely everyone should play, without exception.

I like the trick or treat event TA has going on right now. But why is Microsoft unable to keep 360 logins functioning? This is not very helpful.

I absolutely loved this game. It’s a puzzle game from the lead gameplay designer of both Limbo and Inside and if I didn’t already have this opinion this game would convince me to play any game that guy works on. Absolutely gorgeous graphics and the most unique gameplay mechanic since the original Portal, anyone who likes puzzle games owes it to themselves to play this game.

Because this is just a remaster of a 360 it’s definitely a bit rough around the edges, and I absolutely missed some of the QoL changes the series has seen since, but I still think it’s impossible not to have fun playing a Sniper Elite game (at least for me).

Very, very cool game. Kind of a Victorian era vibe but with lots of gore and disturbing sections (like an achievement requiring you to stab someone 100 times, with blood spraying onto your character with each stab). The controls/camera angle were occasionally enough of a pain that I’m not going to try for the last achievement (complete the game without dying or reloading a checkpoint) but it’s still one I’d recommend for anyone that enjoys Little Nightmares or any other game like that.

I’m not usually a big fan of puzzle games but Cocoon really is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in the genre. One button gameplay, unique worlds and a real good atmospheric soundtrack. Story? I haven’t got a clue… Bug people look cool tho :joy:

With that being said it’ll be my last completion for a wee while. Getting some major surgery on Wednesday that I’ve been waiting over a year for. Hopefully things go smoothly and I’ll be unlocking achievements again in a few weeks time.

Got my Steam Deck with windows loaded up with all the Persona games :sunglasses:

I’m almost done with Starfield and will try to knock out some smaller games before continuing with another big one, Cocoon is definitely on that list.

Best of luck with the surgery! I had a few back in 2021 and got a lot of use out of cloud gaming so I imagine Steam Deck will become your best friend for a little while :slight_smile:

One of the best and most intelligent games of the year. Everybody who loves puzzle games should give this a try. Every riddle is well thought out, there is a good progression in mechanics and all is very polished. At first i was not very fond of the concept with these boss battles but after finishing the game i have to say its probably good to mix up the pacing of the game a bit. Only the shooting bit was weird.

Stela is one of those cinematic puzzle platformers in the tradition of Limbo, Little Nightmares or Inside. Its not as good as these games but quite enjoyable. Would recommend this over Somerville or Benedict Fox.

Completion #121 :achievement:

It’s been a while since I completed a game, been playing big games lately which I’m not quite finished with yet either. Felt it was time for doing some catching up on my Small Games on Game Pass-backlog.

This game was very short, but sweet. I enjoyed it, it was a nice little emotional story with a much appreciated look into a culture I had very little knowledge of beforehand. Easy recommendation!
