I give up. This game is an unfinished and unbalanced mess. There are normal mobs who can kick your ass harder than any boss and you dont even get any meaningful xp from some of these battles. They had some good ideas (like health and mp regenerating after every battle) but the execution is very flawed. This all comes crashing down in these horde mode battles where after 3 waves you have no items left to replenish health or mp because everything is ā€˜balancedā€™ around you battling 3 or 4 enemies and not 20 :rofl:

And of course, there are buggy and unobtainable achievements for collecting stupid flowers.

Finished Tinykin before it leaves Game Pass. Very nice and polished mix of Pikmin and i guess a bit of Lemmings. Took me around 10 hours to finish everything without a guide, its not hard. Would recommend!

Really fun platformer thatā€™s an easy recommendation to anyone that likes platformers. Cute graphics, fun gameplay, interesting story, and no actual combat unlike most other Pikmin-style games. My only complain is that the pollen collectibles can be a real pain to find if youā€™ve finished the game but are still missing a few of them in a couple of levels, but I found some decent guides on YouTube that helped me get everything I was missing in about an hour.

I had a lot of fun with this game. Like Stick of Truth the art style and humor really make you feel like youā€™re playing through an episode of the show. I loved the new combat system, enjoyed the story and twists, and enjoyed the crafting system (both for consumables as well as ā€œequipmentā€). Anyone who liked Stick of Truth should absolutely play this one as well, and I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys turn-based RPGs.

September now, do we want to do a poll for game of the month? I know there are a ton of games coming to Game Pass this month. I know of Gris, Starfield, Lies of P, Party Animals, Payday 3, and Cocoon, though Iā€™m sure thereā€™ll be some surprises too.
