It’s super enjoyable! Definitely recommend it on sale though.
It’s a decently heartwarming story and has some really challenging combat sequences that vary depending on what paths you take. Definitely be cautious about dying since it’s easy to lose decent progress since each chapter only has a couple of save points.
For achievements, thankfully you can new game + and continue upgrading and leveling up your characters with no issues.

Are achievements broken right now? My dying light achievements all stopped progressing even though yesterday they were working fine. Seems some others are having issues too just by looking at true achievements
Mine worked earlier today, around 3 hours ago.
I haven’t run into any issues today. Last night none of mine were popping up on-screen, but would unlock and notify me on both my phone and PC.
Had no problems today on PC, my old 360 and Series X.
Alright, went back to RE7 and now every time I unlock and achievement I have to do the ol’ “Go to official club” trick to get them to actually pop. Strange.
Oh didn’t realize there was a trick to popping achievements like that. I’ll note that one for the future.
What sorcery is this? I have never heard of this before.
Yeah I believe since this actually opens up the full achievement list (alongside other tabs relating to the game) it forces a refresh on the achievement list (assuming it isn’t something more serious like Halo Infinite/MCCs achievement issues).
That is so good to know, thanks mate. 
Cute and fun little adventure game and an easy completion. The only thing I didn’t like was the overly twee and precious dialogue.

Are achievements still acting up for anyone else? I still am having issues with achievements popping like 3-4 hours after i unlock them, it’s weird.
I have no problems. Maybe a hard reset can help. If you still have problems, remove your account from your console, hard reset, and login again.
