That’s great! Things are so much better this launch, Xbox has come a long way. The Xbox One released a year, a whole freakin year, later here.

Farming Simulator 17 Win 10 and Xbox.
It’s actually a calm game. The controls are a bit confusing at first but easy to get used to. Not that difficult because of mod support for both PC and console. Minimum of 10 hours because of the achievement for playing 10 hours on one save. It’s on gamepass. Once you know what to do you’ll end up having to idle some time. For me it’ll be 2 hours of idle.

Got new Lucky’s tale, Kiwami 2, Roblox (playing with my daughter’s play on their pads) and Fortnite on rotation at the moment. First 2 are good for easy points, not so much the last 2. Saving SoT, Gears 5 and Wasteland 3 for series X. Thanks for adding me to the list it’s been weeks since I’d checked true achievements or this thread! Will check in more regularly.

Just finished Dynasty Warriors 7. Wasn’t as bad of a grind as I was expecting. I was about to move onto 8 but after looking at the achievements I still need to get (currently at 320gs), I’ve decided to play something else instead. One of the achievements, which is worth a whopping 10gs, requires you to basically play over 1,300 battles to get it. Not sure why Koei Tecmo hates us so much.

Every GamerScore earned from now until Monday, November 2, 2020 1:59 AM will count towards Week 7’s Ranking. Whoever earns the most GamerScore during the week will gain 10 points, the second place will gain 9 points, and so on. Then the Ranking will reset again and a new week will begin.
Every GamerScore earned until Sunday, November 1, 2020 2:59 AM will also count towards October’s Ranking. Whoever earns the most GamerScore during the month will gain 100 points, the second place will gain 90 points, and so on. Then the Ranking will reset again and a new month will begin.
Don’t forget that this topic is first and foremost destined to talk about all your achievements and trophies, discuss completions and even try to gather people for a boosting session! The Ranking is just a side activity to take part in.

Hack: Line up your easy gamerscore games and do them in one weekend to get 10 points straight rather than doing 1-2k GS per week. It’s better to get 10 points in a month than get 1 point every week.

I was watching the Series X|S walkthrough they released today and it seems like they went back to the Achievements tab instead of the recently-introduced Games tab?
If that means more focus on achievements I’m all for it! They reaaaaaaaally should give us Hunters some love soon.

Just wrapped up 1000gs on Warriors Orochi. Definitely not bad compared to the grindfest that is 2 and 3.
I was thinking of taking a break from Omega Force games and wanted to finally go back to Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2, but unfortunately that game has about 300gs worth of online only achievements that are impossible to get now. So, not sure what I want to do now.

Maybe the Game tab is only on preview builds and not actually releasing alongside the official Series X OS? I don’t know, I think I am one of the few that actually liked the Games tab.
I do hope that Microsoft improves achievements. Did you guys see how PlayStation actually made some changes to how trophies are unlocked and shared?

When we think that Sony copied Microsoft’s pioneer achievements system, it is a shame to see Xbox falling behind.
I am so excited for the next gen games that I lost the will to play my backlog. I’ve been only playing FIFA and the new Pokémon DLC for the last few days.
But Watch Dogs launches in a few hours in New Zealand, so I’m going to change my Xbox region and try to play it when I wake up tomorrow. Hopefully I can complete it before Dirt 5 launches on November 10!
