Yeah, the racing one actually took me the longest. It was the last thing I needed and It annoyed the hell out of me. 
Yeah that took me a good number of tries, but I’m decent at racing, even older stuff for some reason. The others though… I suck at that kind of games haha.

Finished off The Touryst and got the full completion. I really enjoyed it and dug the way it looked. I found it quite relaxing to play apart from one frustrating platforming sequence, but I definitely recommend it.
Also finished Astrologaster. A pretty unique game that’s worth a play through. It’s on gamepass for PC.
Congrats! Those arcade-games for the To-do list is no easy task. I’m still at 1 of 3…and I think I’m quitting the game. I can’t beat the dynamite or nano one, and tbh I’m not having fun anymore.

Every GamerScore earned from now until Monday, October 12, 2020 2:59 AM will count towards Week 4’s Ranking. Whoever earns the most GamerScore during the week will gain 10 points, the second place will gain 9 points, and so on. Then the Ranking will reset again and a new week will begin.
Every GamerScore earned until Sunday, November 1, 2020 2:59 AM will also count towards October’s Ranking. Whoever earns the most GamerScore during the month will gain 100 points, the second place will gain 90 points, and so on. Then the Ranking will reset again and a new month will begin.
Don’t forget that this topic is first and foremost destined to talk about all your achievements and trophies, discuss completions and even try to gather people for a boosting session! The Ranking is just a side activity to take part in.

My production will probably drop a bit from here on as I have to start working again (had about 10 days off). I’ve also decided to embark on a terrible journey of trying to 100% all of the “Warriors” games (Dynasty Warriors, Warriors Orochi, etc). I’m currently at 8,250 out of a potential 24,000 gs. I don’t know if I’m insane or not, but I have a feeling I might be when it’s all said and done.

Oh, I love the Warriors game so much, but they really are a pain to complete!
The last completion I got on one of these games was Dynasty Warriors 7: Xtreme Legends on PS3 back in 2013. I have Dynasty Warriors 9, but I hated the open world and never got far. I also have Warriors Orochi 4 and I loved it, but they added a pricey DLC later on that pushed me away from wanting to complete it.
i won’t pull another almost 15k this week. I have 2,660GS planned out with longer games i want to finish. I don’t really go for GS on weekends because weekends are for Warzone.

Yeah there’s usually a few “wtf why???” achievements. Warriors Orochi 2 has easily one of the worst (the proficiency one that takes hundreds of hours to grind).
I actually enjoyed 9 to a degree. It was a weird blend of Dynasty Warriors proper mixed with Empires, but it wasn’t great at either.

That’s a good goal to go for. I wish we could get Samurai Warriors games again. The characters are in Orochi too. Such a tease.

I am hyped for DW9: Empires just because they are getting rid of the open world 
Fun Fact, October 1st is now my best day. 194 achievements worth 12,135GS in 12 games. I probably won’t buy any more easy games for awhile. Gotta let them cluster up again and go for another short burst.

I promissed to myself I wouldn’t buy easy games just for achievements anymore, but it is so hard to resist sometimes.
At least preordering all those next-gen games is helping me stay away from other purchases.

I love the Empires games. I’ve always been a big fan of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms games, so Empires gives me a bit of that but with the action of Dynasty Warriors. And yeah, I hope they abandon the open world aspect for future DW games. Or at least they make it a lot better and/or with the ability to use a menu to make battles happen independent of what’s happening in the open world. DW9 just felt rushed and poorly thought out.

I’ve been bummed by the lack of SW. I remember playing the first few on the OG Xbox with a friend and staying up all night. I hope we see more Japanese games (even the bad ones 
) on Xbox going forward.
