Users on Twitter have noticed that at 7:50 PM EDT that Activision’s shares were halted on the NASDAQ. The reason code given is T1, which means “News Pending”. What does this mean, none of us here have any idea but it “feels” like the ABK acquisition saga will finally end “soon. Whether that is tomorrow, Friday the 13th, or some point next week is still anybody’s guess.
