I think I am going to step away from the contest this year. After two weeks visiting family out of state and two more battling gabapentin withdrawal, not playing any video games during that time, I have realized that they aren’t as important as I once thought. I am going to visit more family for another two weeks starting Wednesday, and have spent last week planning a vacation with my sister, so I will be away from gaming even more for the next few months. Hopefully I will find a balance and can join again next year.
