Thoughts on the production of the show? Iām trying to mix in video matching what theyāre talking about without doing it ātoo muchā. (Same with my interjections, I try not to talk too often)

I personally would like to see yourself as an equal part of the podcast alongside Jon and Nick. On camera and taking part in the conversations. All three of you together have good chemistry and feel a podcast has more varied opinions when it is more than two. The Kinda Funny Xcast has three and also Defining Duke on Last Stand Media is actively looking to add a third person to their podcast. Others like Boom, Dealer, and The Iron Lords have multiple people on their shows.
Rand and Jez are the exception but they often cancel because all it takes is for one of them to be tired or unwell. They could also do with adding a third person but doubt they ever will.

Hah thatās super nice of you. It is a lot of work to produce things so Iām perfectly happy staying off camera because most of the time Iām not looking at the screen as I"m setting things up to match the conversation. Nick and Jon can see me though so I could potentially interject more often? Iām happy being the man in the sky producer most of the time though, especially when guests are on.

I really like the related videos popping up, it is not just fancy looking but it adds valuable info/context especially for those of us not able to keep up with all the news. Also, a dynamic presentation is always better and when youāre doing video podcasts, why not leverage it.

I personally think your interjections are valuable for the same reasons. You come in with corrections, additional info, clarifications, etc. I wouldnāt worry about interjecting too much because itās all centered around being informative.

the detailed timestamps are incredible. No joke. If I wanted to go to an older episode and see when a particular topic was discussed, the timestamps could save me a lot of time.

I like the topics written at the bottom while itās being discussed, Iām sure with tangents and stuff itās hard to keep accurate but itās a bit of polish that I really dig although I appreciate that it may not be always suitable or doable.

I think some of the text (superchats) could be a bit larger to be easier to read especially on a phone, but it isnāt a big deal because theyāre read out loud word for word but maybe for superchatters theyād like that onscreen prominence

speaking of the ticker, having a delimiter between patrons ie. TORNRAPTOR ā¢ VKANDREW ā¢ BRIT ā¢ CERYS would make it easier to read

audio is really hard to get right because thereās levels but thereās also perceived loudness and I thought itās been sounding great lately, so props for that. Sounds good on my phone and low-end desktop speakers.

@Sikamikanico and @Shpeshal_Nick need more LED coloured lights in their rooms. Their rooms need to look like the inside of a modern gaming PC and the addition of fog machines and lasers wonāt hurt either. If they can get anamorphic lenses to get that sci-fi lens flare that would be ideal. (Iām kidding, guys!)
Overall I think the production is great and from what Iāve seen is one of the better produced gaming podcasts out there. My only suggestions for improvement are literally nitpicky which goes to show how much the show is doing right. It feels like a well-oiled machine at this point.
Nearly 30 years ago I volunteered in community programming for the local cable channel and so I used to be so into this stuff.

I tried making superchats and questions appreciably bigger this week. Iāve updated the patreon scroll. I use the Bebas Neue font so I had to search for the bullet in it but I think it looks a lot better now.

Nick, you did not screw up the reading of my patreon question. It was very well read. Espeially when you acted out the gasp sound
And as soon as I saw Soulblazers on the show I thought ādamn, if only I knew a fourth person would be thereā, because I for sure would have worked their name in to some form of Leonardo

NO Main podcast this weekend. Nick is travelling and Jon has RL stuff coming up! If you need an Xbox Era video game podcast fix You Had Me At Halo is on tomorrow night at 7:15pm and weāll be doing a āvideo game worldā podcast with a focus (at times) on Halo? to carry things while the boys are away.
