Reading the comments it seems I am misunderstanding it, but the way it’s worded really makes it seem we still have to buy it because we get a discount.

I feel the only anti cheat that works for shooters is tagging all cheaters and putting them on a cheat server. Because there’s no way to overcome cheaters, like in Souls games where gravity is king no matter how many cheats you have on.
