Oh brother, this is the type of shit I hate.
I was having fun eliminating these goons silently and then this happens. And this is why I hate we canāt save manually. Let us at least have shorter intervals for autosaves, or well, it seems autosaves donāt even happen in these (forced) stealth bits.
At least anyone I knocked out was still knocked out after I died from falling through the map.

You can save manually after the first intro hour Iām pretty sure.
Not during these bits. So if I get caught in the forced stealth bits I lose immediately and back to the start of the area. While in this part I can use combat, I canāt save.
Iām doing the side quest Sabotage now.

not all the time. I just did a campaign mission where I had to break in to imperial base and you couldnt save mid mission. I failed and it put me back all the way out of the base and had to do from the beginning. Game would not let me save
Yeah, Iām waiting for updates before going back. The game seems really glitchy and Iām not even trying.
It needs some QoL improvements too. Game can be really fuzzy also.

Absolutely. Iām playing in quality 40fps and I am thankful for that option but some stuff really distracts like in the big open fields I see aliasing/shimmering on riversbeds, looks bad. I wish it was 100% clean but it isnāt. This one is a bit of a mixed bag.
Iām playing via Ubi + and I want to play enough to see if itās worth buying.

Yeah, if thereās one thing they really nailed itās the feeling of Star Wars. The first big town oozes SW. Nix is cute and Kay is fine, Iām warming up to her. This does seem like a game you shouldnāt rush and really take it all in. So I really get ya.
Oh man, turns out that if you ādieā when falling through the map the baddies will still be gone. If you however die by them in these bits you have to do it all over. Nah fam

There isnāt any real evidence MS apologised, so itās the word from the dev thatās all we got right now. Hopefully all this nonsense is over with and all will be well.
Yet another game I can easily start up via Game Pass, but Iām so busy with other games. Really want to check this out though. It was so great on 360. But for a horror gameā¦you need to be in the mood for that.

Ubi games are best played when they get the ultimate edition with all the qol updates. Usually by then you can find them on deep sale.
