Been playing a JRPG the last few days and always when I play a RPG I start to fantasize about what Fable could be like, or Avowed, InXile’s RPG and so on. For Fable I am so curious to see what PG will do, in which ways will it be loyal to Fable, which things will make you say…yep, that’s Fable alright?
I wonder what kind of environments we can expect, they will look amazing of that I have no doubt, just look at FH5, lord have mercy. I’ve always liked the whole vibe in the towns and villages of the three Fable games and can’t wait to see what the new studio will create.
Hoping for a real nice diversity in locations too, this will keep things fresh and gives you plenty reason to properly explore the lands too. I hope PG makes some drastic changes in how the older games felt limited, you couldn’t go everywhere, I believe you couldn’t just jump into any water surface and swim, but you should be able to though in a open world RPG in my opinion.
Hopefully we’ll see something tangible next E3, it could be a very RPG heavy E3 next year.
So once again we spot the new Series X|S design cases for Minecraft Dungeons, but we’ve yet to see them in the wild.
They were supposed to start with Flight SIm, but Flight Sim was the boring old cases, and we still have Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 gonna use them.
I know he’s not, but for some inexplicable reason I have to keep reminding myself that Paul Tassi is not Austrailian
There is no actual reason for me to think this. I’ve heard the man speak plenty of times. Yet I always see his name and hear in my head ‘Pool Teh-seh’…and then remember “wait no…you know he’s not an Aussie”
Phil was talking to the Take Two CEO and gave him the 30 million estimate by the end of 2021. Halo+Forza Horizon 5+Xmas = 30 million in 2021.
Take Two CEO misspoke wanting Phil to confirm they are close right this moment to 30 million when in reality the 30 million number is where Gamepass will be after the big Xbox finish of 2021.
I’m still MOSTLY physical except for the odd game here and there that’s sold out at my local stores or is really niche that you can’t find it (I doubt Walmart carries Lost Judgement or Tales of Arise)
I live near Boston and few people sound much like the stereotype. Or at least not nearly as sharply as people joke about. And the ones that do, I usually feel like they’re laying it on a little, because they feel like ‘this is how I’m supposed to sound…right…I’m cool too, right guys’
Okay this tangent is pretty off topic…umm…Avowed…Fable
