Dino Crisis is Capcom’s game right? Dead Rising might be interesting by they have SoD already which can add certain things and it will be a better Dead Rising anyway, Ninja Gaiden’s state is odd. For Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey there is no studios probably.
In fact I think more and more studios want to work on their own new IPs rather than reviving the old ones. Lost Odyssey with FF budget would be fascinating though.
I tried to play Evil Within 1 when it got added to Game Pass. Couldn’t do it, I have a hard time with old ass games like that sometimes. Maybe I need to go straight to 2.

Dino Crisis as an Xbox exclusive would just be killer. Give them a massive budget, I’m sure someone at Capcom would love to direct it.
That Ninja Gaiden trilogy remasters coming up soon so maybe if that does better than expected could get them to take a chance.

Funding others IPs has always backfired badly in Xbox history, I would not repeat those mistakes honestly. Buying them would be the better move, if not possible, than move on.
for SH i guarantee to you it will be overhyped to oblivion, time will tell. i think this TGA would be good time to announce it. blast kojima name on it and maybe re-release of PT on PS5 this is hype moment i guess, as for how good the final product will be ? we don’t know we will have to wait 202x year
Xbox taking too long to go to Capcom and fund a Dino Crisis reboot. Literally nothing is stopping them.
instead we will get Ryse 2 Exclusive to PS5
but for real i don’t think any company interested in the Dino IP for now
Also Silent Hill has its own fanbase but most of the people clamoring for it since the PT Demo is about the prospect of it being funded by Sony and Kojima’s name being slapped on it than legit interest in the IP I think.
Also weird to compare Silent Hill to Resident Evil cause I dont think they are similar.

Silent Hill was considered a good game in the late 90s. It’s numbered sequels (4 was, what 2004? 2005?) were considered good-to-ok.
Then we had a decade of increasingly shit non numbered installments until the series eventually died … two generations ago.
Had sold a higher cumulative amount at the time he said it launch-aligned. I don’t think it would have gotten behind 4 at any point, anyway.
You laugh but Ryse by itself sold more than the entire Silent Hill franchise (2 million).
