It surely has a chance to be, it has a giant legacy with cars. They can also have various countries and turn this Forza into more of a service, launching different countries along the years.
I also think Japan is the next logical location. Or Korea. Russia?

I hope next Forza Horizon location is in Mexico or Brazil. I think those two locations can have many interesting terrains and landmarks to cruise in. Plus, there is a good motorsport scene in those countries

I could see china being a cool location for horizon, have a shanghai section and then explore the various chinese landscapes, could be really cool!
