Microsoft wants to sell consoles just as much as Sony. They just don’t put all of their emphasis on it as they also have PC and XCloud. Microsoft released Xbox Series S for $300 and they wouldn’t have done that if they didn’t care about selling consoles.
Exactly my point
I prefer it too because timed exclusivity doesn’t mean much to me because it’s 50/50 if I’ll even buy game. However with gamepass I am willing to give a shot. Like Outriders went from wait and see to I can’t wait to play it at launch.
I really hope this is the approach Microsoft goes for third party games
Me too. And for games that I would buy for $60 (like Outriders) day one, I save $50. Hehe.
I want them to start staffing up Bethesda more, they have 203 job listings which isn’t anything to sneeze at, but Id like to see them start to push that up and really work on getting each of the three BGS locations up to 300ish employees. Lay the ground work so they can really reach work their own full game.
hopefully we see some real world examples of sample feedback streaming.
Peter Hines should take over Greenbergs position, the guy just gets it.
Stop Greenberg slander FFS
I love Greenie. He has his odd moments, but for the most part he is really on the mark. Same with Pete Hines.
I think I’ve done the whole spiel before so I’ll keep it short, but Greenberg’s role is like 5% social media, and he doesn’t get enough credit for the other 95% of stuff he has involvement in from brand partnerships to influencer connections to helping organize the big shows.
Yeah. So strange that people forget this. MS had more 90 MC games than Sony last year.
Hay that’s me
That guy is such a fanboy, you’d think he was getting paid by MS or something.
Oh wait…
Grubb strikes again… He must know someone in marketing/events at MS or something.
Forza Horizon 5 confirmed I guess.
Yeah I’ve been saying it for a while, it doesn’t take them more than 3 years to make a game since every one they have made so far is 2 years, you can throw the extra year in for covid I guess.
