Really hope the new 3rd Party AAA exclusive by XGP isnât a GaaS game. I know that Phil loves Destiny and it would be a huge âgetâ to be the exclusive publisher for Bungieâs âMatterâ but I got burnt out on Destiny and Outriders is only saved by being JUST different enough to scratch that GaaS itch without going full Destiny.
My mobile browser disagrees.

Not so much about this thread, but when you talk about the not wanting them in the Community one. Thatâs a step too far, to me
The only GaaS game I can stand at this time is Sea of Thieves (Forza Horizon 4 if it also counts)
EDIT: I mean âshared world multiplayerâ GaaS games. I guess Forza Horizon 4 counts as well, itâs kinda GaaSy.
Techincally a single player game can be GaaS.

Like off the top of my head:
- Remedy with the Control/AW universe
- FromSoftware with the Souls universe having recurrant themes and characters
Thereâs not alot of prominent AAA 3rd Parties out there (or if they are they are publishers) so I canât think what the hell he could be talking about.
