Just thinking it would be enough dev time especially if its similar to World they could share assets. It would be 5 years since Monster Hunter world came out in 2017. Also that’s an ip they would want to push out sooner than later due to that game being the reason why Capcom weren’t sold to xbox in 2016/2017 made them alot of money lol

Wait really for some reason google said the initial release date was in december 2017 unless it was delayed. I still think that should be enough time. There is no way its in 2024 the main team was probably making it already you dont need the full team to make dlcs for the existing game. That would almost be a 7 year gap in between games

But they’re also working on the two Monster Hunter games for Switch and I don’t see them overlapping each other. They’re also working on other games as well. They have REmake4 and Resident Evil Revelations 3 (under a different name) so I would imagine that MHW 2 would be released in a year that they don’t have any other major AAA title around it.

Bethesda is fine, as it will be part of Xbox Game Studios. The current issue of whether or not games from said group will be exclusive is off-topic, as there’s an entire thread about said topic.

Discussion about what Capcom, Sony, et al are releasing and doing obviously aren’t related Xbox Game Studios. Therefore, said discussion should be directed to the appropriate threads.

I am of course expecting Avowed to be a masterclass in storytelling and quality of NPC character personality and after it comes out and is praised for being so, I hope that it make BGS step up their game in those areas for ES VI.
