Santa Monica were not created to work on GOW, and neither was Guerilla with Killlzone. Both studios made games before creating those franchises. TC however literally owes its existence to Gears. Its foolish to expect a new IP from a studio whose job it is to make Gears

Look it’s cool that you want Coalition to try something new. Who doesn’t like new?
But if they want to make Gears forever, that’s what they will do.
Phil and Matt have said studios choose to make what they want to make. There is no grand “mandate”.
When Bethesda is finally brought into the fold, we will have 23 studios with over 30 teams making whatever they want to make.
If Coalition wants to do Gears 12: Kait’s Adventures In Sera’s PTA, they’ll make it.
If Microsoft gets the Star Wars license to make a game, and Coaltiion wants to make Jar Jar’s Jar Jar Jar, in which you play as a giant mechinical Jar-Jar Binks freeing tiny Jar-Jar clones from Jars, they’ll make that.
Happy studios make great games. The last thing you want to do is tell a studio “You’re making a new IP because Gears isn’t what it use to be”.
Let the studio decide. When it’s time for Coalition to move from Gears, they will make that decision.

I get what you mean but there’s a conflict in saying “studio should be able to do what it wants” and then saying “the job of the studio is to keep making games in that IP”. The first statement is about studio freedom, and the second is not. There can be an overlap, but there’s also every possibility of that studio wanting to do something new, and that should be fine to tackle as a second team or something.

I still playing the game, but no news from NT since july 2020.
Maybe they will try to relaunch it in 2021 with big update and free to play, or the game is dead…
… And I think he is, sadly.
