Sorry for the late reply, that is what I heard too.
I will say though I’m not sure how a new game would look. It is sci-fi and you killed people (aliens) with a pogo stick.
The question is would it still be a platformer game, think Psychonauts and Ratchet & Clank inspired, because I don’t think a side-scroller platformer game can work anymore.

Doom and Doom Eternal actually have really good platforming, although I do feel it needs to stand out and be different from Doom. It’s the same concern I have for the eventual Quake reboot, they could end up looking and feeling very similar.

Fallout TV show related apparently.

I have just frustratingly seen what this is in relation to. It is a spoiler for the TV show which I will try and put in as much spoiler free language as I can below (however I will still put it in spoiler tags):
There is a scene in the show regarding New Vegas which is essentially retconning it from the TV show. Some people are jumping to conclusions that Todd disliked Obsidian’s take on Fallout because of this.
It’s not even a “retcon”. lol

Apparently the story/writing of the Fallout show is really good. I hope we’ll get that in Fallout 5 too. I wouldn’t necessarily call the writing in 4 the greatest.
For GTA6 yes. Not for 1st party. They’ll find a way to run the game at 60 and they should be able to with the GPU overload and VRAM. GTA6 was built with the current gen CPU in mind. I’m guessing the next ND game won’t be open world and won’t require such a fast CPU
