Xbox Game Studios |OT11| The One with Starfield and Activision Blizzard King

Wow that’s over 200 more than 2 years ago, well deserved, they know how to create appealing AAA games for both casuals and more traditional players, and seems like Forza Horizon is a gold mine.

Hard to bet against Fable too coming from these guys, might be MS’s first AAA to reach 10M+ sales “quickly” since Halo 3.

That game (or at least the video) has much more dancing in it than I’d have expected.

The maps look good. I’m not complaining but the forgers are carrying the MP on their back.

Really enjoying the COD beta.

TTK feels perfect.

Mouse and keyboard or controller? I’m playing on PC with M&K. Feel like omnidirectional movement would feel more fluid with controller. Enjoying it so far tho.

Yeah, I know why they cant do this, but I wish the forgers could get paid

With a controller. Haven’t really used the omnidirectional movement tbh.

Woohoo!!! Every mission in Towerborne has been confirmed to be playable solo and scales based on how many players are playing. Can’t wait!!!

So ESO new update(43!) is out today and from the patch notes, Zos didn’t remove the 30fps cap. They just did some work to make the menus smoother, hopefully that work translates to a better implementation of 30fps because if it still feels the same it’s going to be another long wait or I’ll just won’t be able to play ESO again.

Edit: Unfortunately for me the 30fps implementation is still bad, as moving around in the menus was giving me a headache. There is some noticeable improvements, as it takes longer to build up, but as it is ESO is unplayable for me.

I remember playing this game last year to do a MS reward quest, and was surprised how big of a jump the game made from it’s launch. A job well done by the team to provide support and improvements over the years. I am sure that experience is going to make SOD3 have a strong launch

I hope they’re going to allocate some staff to the Playstation port. * :grinning: runs *

Could be misremembering but I think it was announced that Wushu was going to be helping with SoD 2. Maybe it was a gig that would transition to helping with SoD 3 on other platforms?

In any case, I’m all for whatever it takes to set games and their dev teams up for success. If that means being on as many platforms as possible the so be it.

Yeah, why not put the 8 year old game thats now complete on other platforms? Especially if it makes people more interested in SOD3 so they might pick up a Series S or stream it / play it on PC

Yup, don’t think there is anything quite like it elsewhere. The multiplatform strategy would make a lot more sense to me this way, if they just released older games to get people’s attention and release the newer version exclusively on Xbox and PC.

This makes sense but at the same time it goes back to why get an Xbox if your games are on ps. I don’t want even old ips like state of decay 2 going to ps. It devalues the brand even more
