It’s possible they keep this week solely for the Redfall previews that will come after those invited have played it. It would make especially the air date rather late for a Starfield show if they announce it next week and then the week after there’s the show, but I guess it’s always possible that they really are gonna make a bold move by keeping the marketing very brief. As Todd wanted. It would still be 2-2.5 months of marketing. I sure as hell wouldn’t file that under imminent anymore, but things change.
I highly doubt the Redfall previews will release this week. They’re playing the game today and tomorrow and they need to allow time to travel home and then actually make the content. It will be next week at the earliest.
Then I hope they make an announcement this week if its gonna be quiet anyway. Really though, I mostly hope they don’t care at all and even if there’s a Redfall blowout this week that they still announce Starfield Direct, but who knows.
Apparently Monday is a day Bethesda likes to announce big news. That’s according to some YouTubers that follow anything Bethesda. I’ve honestly never really paid attention if Mondays are their day, but hey, it’s fine with me.
