Am I wrong in thinking that 69 score was to drag it out of 90? It seems so specific, but that would be INSANE for a publication to do that correct?

No because the director of Forza Horizon 4 moved to Fable and then the former director of Forza Horizon 5 got promoted
can confirm. they literally published an article saying that PS owners shouldn’t be worried if TES6 going exclusive to Xbox or not. too lazy to search.
I’m thinking Fable 2026, Avowed h1 2025 and Hellblade h2 2024
I feel sad that folks remember that a site said that, and which specific site said it. If people notice and then also remember and think about them then mission accomplished.

Nah, I think they’re bang on.
Or 2025 for Fable and 2026 for Horizon 6.
I don’t think Horizon 6 launches before Fable.
I’d hate to wait that long for Avowed. It would also mean we don’t get to see it at E3, I doubt that. Your guess is hopefully dead wrong. 
I know development cycles are getting longer, but I don’t think they’re quite THAT long yet.
