Probably won’t as he I believe is dead. Gears tactics takes place before the pendulum wars. Before the mainline series story timeline. If he was alive we would have seen him or heard about him (through story collectibles or hints) in Gears 5. But who knows he might make an appearance which I think would be cool.

Man I hope they do something where they bring any one of whom you chose back from the horrible decision you had to make through some technology or some whatever mean. I want their character progression. That was a weird abrupt decision.

So Timdog said Halo is right around the corner huh? Either he’s assuming or he knows more.
Personally I say 343 should take the time they need. If they need until late next year to truly improve the visuals and I mean…significantly better than what we had, basically just like the 2018 trailer or better then I am OK with that.
If they launch early next year, I don’t know, doesn’t sound like they will have had all that much time. Especially with covid.
Remember, when there is some kind of choice you make on a game that’s so important, one of these won’t be canon.
It will be significantly better as most of that area was unfinished. Most of them were just having placeholder textures and models. Even there was no custom skybox so it made it look plain.
I won’t be worried about it graphically as Halo 4 and 5 are stunning graphically. There are some super talented people that work over there.
I believe it will be launching around usual E3 time or might be an early holiday release.
