If FF and Persona are coming they are 100% going to Game Pass. I just don’t see them coming without that.

I’m sorry, but considering XC2 runs perfectly fine on switch, and XC3 looks even better, at that point, its Atlus being bad at optimization. Doom runs on switch, the Witcher is on switch, Dying Light 1 is on switch, etc. I refuse to believe this game couldn’t run on switch. It’s just a classic stupid Atlus move.
After working a rare Sunday, I am now off for a whopping 9 days. Yay me!!! And less then one week to go until the 2022 Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase!! Let’s go baby!!!

Does XC3 even look that different from XC2 though?
Also regardless of XC performance, if SMT5 runs in “30fps is a big success”, SH2 would probably run in 20s.
Yeah I’ve always been assuming the game started as a PS/PC game and then MS stepped in and had them add an Xbox and Windows Store version. I mean, Windows Store? Atlus did not just naturally choose to release there.
Which would also further the Persona on Xbox idea because Xbox would 100% bring this up when talking to them.
Not really, looks worse in some areas even and looks to be a step back in features like the traversal. Don’t even think SH2 is using Unreal Engine like SMTV did. The models for the demons are also reused from SMTV just with cel shading applied.
Xenoblade 2 looks awful on switch and SMTV doesnt run well either. Xenoblade 3 looks ok well see how it runs when its out. Sorry. Stop saying perectly fine when its not. Next thing you tell me is hyrule warriors calamity runs fine too.
Soul hackers looks like it can run on switch in lower res…but the actual development is different. They opted for next gen instead of switch. Get use to that. Switch should be getting games like persona 5 before SH2.
Im a bit tired of people giving devs grief for skipping switch. The hardware is poverty. Im sorry. I give atlus plenty of grief. And maybe theyll do a switch port later. Which is fine. But they clearly had a development schedule and opted to use similar tech and build for current and enxt gen consoles. It was either that or Switch exclusive. Id go for the former.

The windows store smells gamepass to me. No 3rd party publisher would put their games on the window sotr otherwise. .either day1 or within 6 months
Hopefully that means KOFXV gets added to Game Pass on the showcase then. I wanted to buy it but they suspiciously did not have the standard edition on sale during the Fighting Game Sale.
The standard edition was on sale on xbox not too long ago
I bought the deluxe physical which took me ages to eventually get. Dont regret it. Great game but needs that gamepass activity boost. Cant do online achievements due to very little activity.
KOF15 has a windows store edition? Though this game has Sony marketing.
Yeah, a lot of such games have to launch in Game Pass at this point (especially if it does not have any hype surrounding it).
I simply disagree. I think XC2 looks great and runs fine. Ive had zero issues with SMTV. You are right about Hyrule Warriors, that game is frame drop central. And XC3 definitely looks better than “ok”.

Maybe sony had that clause because their was precedent with RE7 on game pass?
I think any new game with Sony’s marketing has such clause. Especially with Sony owning Evo (which is detrimental at this point )
Apart from that PS exclusive list and Persona no longer being on there, have there been any rumors about it going to Xbox? I know there aren’t often many rumors anyway when it comes to Japanese games, I think Yakuza came out of the blue too.
