Jez said the Crytek rumor was false a few days ago so this Crytek possibility is a new development in addition to what he already heard.
Expectations are still thoroughly tempered though.

I guess it’d be interesting from a collaborative perspective. Crytek has a studio in Germany as does id Soft’s technology group. Make CryEngine relevant again?
Oh man based on the fact Jez heard studio names before and didn’t think Crytek means there solid contacts that have told him multiple studios are being acquired including Crytek. DAMN
