Sad-ish, maybe calming Jazz/Classical is what i’ve been listening to, and I found this duo named Bremer/McCoy, one being a pianist and the other a bassist. Apparently they started out making Reggae music (interesting detail), and in a few of their current songs I can still hear a little bit of that Reggae influence. Besides that though, their songs have this really mellow, quiet, meditative atmosphere to them that i’ve really been enjoying. Really nice melodies. I don’t know what it is about their song “She’s Alive” but it’s been the one i’ve been liking the most.
They mentioned that even though there isn’t any singing in their songs, they do have lyrics for them which I thought was interesting.

Those songs remind me of the piano bits/inteludes of Drukqs from Aphex Twin, great stuff.
You always post really interesting music here man.
I love the Discover Weekly Liszts on Spotify, so much new stuff through the years. My current one has some gems.

And as a bonus track, I found out the Bacao Rhythm & Steel band also made a cover of Nas’ Represent.
Electronic Outer Space music by Telemakus. His song Mars Blues was inspired by Sci-Fi and Astronomy, but I feel that inspiration could maybe be applied to a couple of his songs, his album The New Heritage in particular. I also think Mars Blues has… The coolest vibe ever lol.
Was listening to more sad jazz, buut I didn’t want to start the year off with sad music so im posting something else lol. Blues Rock. The last song has a… pretty funky name but it’s a good one. It’s pretty hype.
