The entitlement is absolutely crazyā¦and things are only getting started with Xbox 1st party. This gen will be difficult for a certain group of people. 
Also Bethesda n00b represent! Starfield will be the first Bethesda Soft game that I will play (I know, I knowā¦), the funny thing is that I own various of their previous gamesā¦two versions of Oblivion (the GOTY and the vanilla Collectorās Edition), the Fallout 3 lunchbox limited edition and I also bought Skyrim day one on 360 but for some reason I never got around to play one of their games. Of course this will change with Starfield, I am definitely diving in now for good and I am really excited about sharing cool stuff with you guys here!

Iāve played Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3 & 4. Dabbled in FO76 but never touched Elder Scrolls Online. Starfield should be something pretty damn epic.

Canāt wait to play the game! give me all those uncharted planets to go to, visiting planets with no life was my jam at Mass Effect 1. Itās all about the scale and isolation!

Same for me, Iām sure iām gonna spend most of my time just going around and exploring planets instead of doing the main quests

Pure guesswork based only on the direct as Iāve been avoiding spoilers.
Iām just thinking about how the game starts. Possibly you find something artifacty, get pointed towards the constellation group and thereās some kind of tutorial or something where you need to get to them, then you get there and game opens up.
They have already shown you how you start. Remember the scenes when you come to after some kind of incident? Thatās when you are asked how you are and do you remember anything? That is when the character generator kicks in.
Yeah I wasnāt sure if character generator would kick in there so thatās interesting. Iām wondering if we go from there straight to constellation or thereās missions to get there. Also wonder if the scene when they find you after the incident is like Skyrim on the cart or if you have any control over the game before that. Probably like Skyrim.
It almost feels like it will be a bit like New Vegas start which was my favourite.
Most of all Iām just so looking forward to environmental storytelling in this game. Fallout 3 and 4 had plenty of terminals and I always read everything on it. It explained what had happened in a abandoned vault for example. This stuff really helps bringing that game world to life. A game set in space, man, the possibilities are near endless for cool ass side stories you happen to find during your travels.
I wonder if the game will have some really cool easter eggs from some movies or shows too. Or perhaps of their own previous games.
Would love to see some stuff from whatever has influenced them. I can imagine mods in the future based on movies, TV shows etc as well.
Posted 2 days ago some stats about a few Xbox items on Amaozn AU, little update
- Wireless controller moved from #2 to #1 best selling video game item
- Xbox Series X moved from #45 to #26 in 2 days, it has barely been in the top 100 and when it does break into the top 100 it drops out fast but itās been steady within the top 50
- Starfield controller still at #8
- New top 100 Xbox Series X Forza bundle at #95
- Game Pass codes dropped out the top 100.
- Starfield console sitting at #84, I didnāt check with the first post oops.
Only gonna be tracking a little bit leading up to Starfield as itās interesting to see how it pushes hardware and software. I find it pretty weird Series S isnāt charting. The Xbox wireless headset is sitting at #62 which I assume new people picking it up with their new console.

I think consoles will spike the week of reviews and early access and the week after for the full release, and then again around Black Friday and the holidays (after Forza).

Yeah I expect them to maybe dip a little or level out then go up like you said after the reviews and the following weeks especially if it scores big and is the talk of the town. Itās cool to watch how things impact sales, mind you Iām only looking at Amazon so it could be selling like hotcakes at other retailers.
When is your embargo up again?
Also on a completely irrelevant sidenote 
- how many hours do you normally put into a game to review it e.g. would you usually stop after X hours?
August 31st 12pm edt is the embargo. No real set amount, however long it takes to beat or I feel comfortable.
