This is something I think one can raise an awareness about. That is the lack of human connection here. Your issue reminds me of when the Zune was around and I went through a similar situation which left a bad taste about Xbox for me. I decided to ask Copilot about this, and it said beyond the support to reach out through social media like twitter and the third option was to reach out to the Microsoft support store.

I wonder if the moderators and admins here could use their connections to give this a bit more weight?
