I hate the Heatwave. That thing just tickles people.
It gets me āheatedā cause its a power weapon drop and its slow and not strong enough to knock someone out.
The pistol is the best weapon in the game. Change my mind.

At first I didnāt see the point of the shock pistol, but further plays with it and yeah it is a beast.
Love a good weapon that shoots as fast as you can pull the trigger.
If only there were stats to see how many kills with it I have!

Iām enjoying this rather a lot now! Iāve gone from being completely clueless with way more deaths than kills, to often being the best on my team with more kills than deaths. Almost all matches I have more kills than deaths now, which is a huge achievement for this Halo newbie!
Things I still struggle with: vehicles, alien weapons, judging when to melee. Alien weapons in particular feel really weak, but Iām probably just not using them correctly or in the right situations. And the whole āwhittle down enemy shield then whack himā thing doesnāt work out the way I expect it to every time. Sometimes it really feels like Iāve done more damage to him in the gunfire dance, but then his melee kills me, rather than mine him.

I thought the same until I read the tool tip that it was a close to mid range weapon. Now I just barrel stuff kids with it for a burst and swap ti sidearm to finish. Works well this way.
Itās tempting to try and use it at needler range due to tracking. Ignore the tracking, lead shots at close range and hot swap. 1 burst strips shields.

The nature looks great here. I especially dig the grass here, has a much less drab look to it, more vibrant I guess.
This looks vastly different from the released footare so far, nice!

I need to go to the firing way for the hydra. It was way better in 5. The heat wave Iāve started to just use it to run in fire once then melee.

Dude just said on Twitter he color graded the video a bit, thatās too bad, I love this look. Iāve always wanted a bit more colour in the game since the reveal, except for 2018 trailer. Coloor was great there.
Iād take that too but Halo 5 Carbine was amazing.
Played a few matches, they nailed the gameplay! Shooting the shit out of a fool and finishing it with the handgun never gets old.
But so far one thing has been annoying me. The team leader kept choosing the BTB mode, which is fine but we also kept getting the same map over and over. This is because the match just doesnāt automatically go to the next map, I donāt get why they do this.

I like it, at mid range. Strips the shield off super quick, then quick switch to the pistol and finish them.
