All of it sounds great but only concern I have is the Banished art style. I’m not entirely sold on it (even if it’s coherent to what they are). I miss the Covenant purple alien structures.

Watched the IGN preview and one good thing I heard in that is that the world is not as big as something AC which is music to my ears.

Ditto. I was happy when Ryan described it more in line with some of the Arkham games and a “neighborhood” style.

Personally I am not in favor of writing off the lore. The ideas behind them was nice. But I did not play Halo 4 and Halo 5 so I don’t really care as I only read the wiki pages.

I liked their lore and design. Just gameplay was not always good especially in Halo 4. I don’t like if an enemy can chicken out and teleport away from certain death. I also could never identify a promethean weapon or its role from just looking at it.
