perhaps yeah, but from a consensus I’ve seen on social media and everywhere else, most people have grown to dislike (or like the least) Bazaar (although its New Mombasa setting and the map itself looking pretty dope) while Behemoth is being regarded as the best map 343 has made yet. It has so much potential being a 4v4 vehicle map all while looking stunning.
All a matter of opinion and personal preference.
For me, while it was by far my least favourite visually, I had the most fun with Live Fire. It had a great combination of scenarios with interior and exterior, corridors, open areas broken up with cover, open areas with long lines of sight, sniper points, mini area choke points, and they all flowed together really nicely.
I kind of wish they had used the visual style of Bazaar with that map design and vice versa, as I loved the way Bazaar looked but it was the least fun design to play in of the bunch.
Overall I think Live Fire was definitely amazing (and the one I loathed the least whenever the map loaded in). The fact that we have had more time with that map than Behemoth and it still has persisted in how it feels to play is testament to how good it is. But man, Behemoth looks sooo good lol.
okay a noob question as I’ve not played multiplayer shooters in a while
In the final game, is it possible to choose the map I want to play or will I just be assigned one every time?
One way to allow variety in the campaign biomes is to have “flashback” missions as chief explains to “the weapon” what happened.
CDPR did this with Cyberpunk, it was dope. That’s a really good idea to allow for that variety while being completely detached from the game’s world.

I don’t know how I’m gonna tackle the SP, do I rush it on easy to get the story before someone spoils it or do I do a legendary run. 
the story is already out there, I could spoil the entire thing for you so just take your time and enjoy a legendary run if you’re lucky enough to avoid the spoilers.
if its 11 maps that is kinda on the low side. Was expecting 13-14ish oh well.
