It wasnât going to be ready because just look at how advance it is, that is a lot of shit to be testing to make sure itâs all working.
Kinda shocked because the CM said itâs good to delete the flight, I just assumed there wouldnât be another one.
I mean if there is going to be another one then it will probably not be until November and by then the game will be getting ready for release, so no point using a forked version.
There has almost always been a seperate app for MCC flights and other games that have testing programns within the Xbox insider app.
If this game dropped when it was intended Forge would had been 2 years out. The fact that its launching in 2021 and forge is still a minimum of 6 months out tells me it wasnt anywhere close to done.
It being robust and not being ready are 2 different things.
The 12 month delay really saved the game

Being a more advanced mode does without a doubt make things harder to test and get right so it 100% effects when it launches. If Halo launched last year there probably wouldâve been a 1 year delay on forge and probably a 6 month delay or more on co-op. Iâm not saying at all that the only reason why itâs being delayed is because the forge mode is advance, Iâm saying that having an more advance mode like forge seems to be would be playing a huge factor in why itâs being delayed. Thereâs so many systems they need to check and test, remember this is also launching on Xbox One so they need to test every single feature across PC, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, being more advance than basic will stretch out testing.
If all you could do with forge was place blocks down and thatâs it, that would be much easier to test and send out but because you can do so much (I donât know if youâve actually seen the leak or not) it will just naturally take longer.

After an annoying day of travel yesterday it was awesome and nostalgic to play some Infinite with 10 other XboxEraâers. Iâm more excited for this gameâs release than ever
