No. Higher frame rate comes at IQ cost. You have to decide. I don’t have a 120FPS TV but I’d probably choose to play COD at 120 in MP if I did. But I suspect it comes down to personal choice.

Typically devs cut some effects or reduce quality settings on things that are expensive on the frame budget. Other than that there should not be a difference on Xbox Series consoles.

I’ve switched between 60 and 120 on cod and I can’t see any difference between picture quality or resolution…120 feels so good
