You didn’t miss much not trying multiplayer. It was pretty bad. This comes from someone who actually loved the campaign and has played it through a few times.
People Can Fly are most known for Bulletstorm. It was a fun, unique, action game and that title is also where the studio name comes from since most of the action was killing bad guys and making them “fly” around and shooting guns. This is potentially a good partnership for Xbox because they will want to prove themselves. To me at least, People Can Fly is a developer that’s been around for a long time but hasn’t yet reached thier true potential. I think in a world we’re Xbox wasn’t tied up in this Activision acquisition Microsoft would’ve just acquired them, but since things are too hot for acquisitions, this partnership will be the equivalent of that.
Ah far enough
Wasn’t to sure there location and just anytime we hear budget like a small indie game. Is 1-5 million with 16 bit graphics
I got the urge to Play Bulletstorm now.
Along with DontNod, Avalanche, IO Interactive, Crystal Dynamics, PCF is another formerly Square Enix partner Microsoft has yoinked.
That sounds like a great approach in how to deal with Square Enix situation. Step One, Cut them off from everyone they could possibly work with.
I know it won’t be either of these, but I’d love for them to be working on a new Mechassault or Phantom Dust.
Could PCF be making a 3rd person Halo? They have been saying that 343 will continue to make old school FPS Halo, but maybe other Devs can make different version of Halo. 3rd person Halo by PCF while maybe a Halo RPG by another Dev?
New IP IMO.
I don’t think it’s new IP.
Could be anything, all guesses at this point.
