One of the hardest things for AI art is it generates multiple cool images which creates a Sofie’s Choice where I have to decide an initial image. Now that I’m trying to appeal broadly to general audiences with my AI focused Twitter page, I’m finding that I also need to practice the art of “kill your darlings” I have about 200 images but man I really had to leave behind some of my favorites because ultimately they really only appealed to me and pretty much no one else :upside_down_face:

Well it’s been 5 days and here’s the update on my experiment…

It’s much slower than I anticipated. I was hoping to start making money after a month or two. I figure I need at least 10k subscribers but I’m still not sure on what exactly the particulars of getting paid on Twitter Blue are. I signed up for the $8 monthly plan so I can always abort if it starts to feel like a waste of time. I was hoping to get 50 subscribers on a slow day and have something go viral by now. I think it’s going to be hard to gain easy followers until a post or two goes viral.

Maybe I was a bit naïve but i thought my Oppenheimer Minions tweet would go viral. I pinned it, but it still hasn’t gone viral.

Maybe I need to invest in promoting a few tweets. Anyway just thought I’d give the update. Ideally elon starts giving me $200-300 dollars a month for tweets  I think I just underestimated how hard it would be to get there :upside_down_face:

Bing’s AI chatbot is the 4.0 iteration of Open AI’s Chatbot. ChatGPT runs on version 3.5 from my limited understanding. Microsoft is a part of the OpenAI consortium.
