Called it. Google is 
Nervous times to be a Google investor. They are getting heat from regulators for android and Microsoft has seemingly taken a march in AI, which has the potential to eat into their core business: Search.
In a lot of ways it sort of reminds me of Microsoft in the 2000s.

Yeah maybe, is it free or how expensive is it?
Unfortunately not free anymore. But for $10 you get the basic plan, which gets you over 3 hours of generating pictures. He only counts down while really generating the pictures, so in real world use you can probably generate 200 pictures from it. But you get addicted pretty fast because it has so many possibilities. I really like your GTA Texas Idea and tried it in midjourney, here are my results:
