But that consideration has nothing to do with the limits of the grapple hook (like that attempt to use it again the flying vehicle that looks more like a bug).

Physics of Halo Infinite is very very good. Grapple hook there is kinda also physics base.

After what happened with the disaster that was CP 2077, I would rather have a big delay than a half-baked product coming in hot.

Now having read all the problems the game is having and probably will at launch, imagine if Microsoft wasted millions of dollars getting this onto gamepass (full version, I mean). Sure, Battlefield is still big but it’d be a glitchy mess. But I think the 10 hr trial will suffice for most people to make up their minds on how the game feels, and then decide whether to buy it or wait.

It’s like MS partners are a bit unreliable lol: if we look at last years big 3rd party partnerships, they were almost all duds: F76, Anthem, BFV, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Cyberpunk 2077, I think the only one they got lucky was Jedi Fallen Order. Fortunately now they own one of their partners (Zenimax), so they have better control, but in the end luck is fundamental: COD is as shitty as BF at launch, maybe even worse, but for some reasons the brand is bulletproof from criticism even if it’s one of the most egregious copy/paste in the industry.

Sometimes its just about luck and Sony seems to have that with stuff like Fall Guys, Genshin, Rocket League at launch and such.

Indeed. I always kinda surprised how lucky Sony is in that regard.

may not be luck, but good scouting.

EA and Dice should delayed the game, it’s obvious the game need more time in the oven.

Microsoft doesn’t need to worry about anything , they have two big hitters coming this holiday season Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5,.

I was speaking about big games from multibillion dollar publishers and IPs: in this case is pure luck because you are relying on a trusted partner. The game should be a secured success for both…in theory. XD

It’s really disheartening what they’ve done to this game, it doesn’t feel like bf at all. Everyone just looks the same, there’s no point between USA vs Russia and then only having two factions with mostly the same vehicles is also really lazy.

Even if they were, the folks with decision making power wouldn’t care.
